The Role
33Across is looking for a Director of Publisher Development to drive the adoption of 33Across and Lexicon by closing new business with premium publishers. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, excited to learn and promote the value of 33Across’s suite of product offerings. The ability to clearly demonstrate the value of 33across and Lexicon to senior level decision makers is paramount. This person will be an instrumental member of the Publisher Sales team as we onboard premium supply.
You Will
  • Become an expert on all 33Across product offerings
  • Pitch 33Across’ suite of publisher solutions with senior level decision makers to close new supply partnerships
  • Build and maintain a supply pipeline of attractive targets
  • Collaborate with Operations, Yield, Product, Demand, and Marketing to ensure the successful onboarding of new supply
  • Attend webinars, thought leadership sessions and industry events (e.g. CES, Prog IO, Digiday, Admonsters) to build/solidify partnerships and maintain your industry knowledge
You Have
  • 5+ years working in the programmatic space, working directly with premium publishers
  • Applicable experience identifying and closing supply partnerships with premium publishers
  • A self-starter with a deep understanding and interest in the programmatic space
  • A dynamic seller eager to be out in front of people, comfortable with C level decision makers
  • A team player who is driven to close new business and ensure partnership success
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
